CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Hatha Yoga Level I / II (75 minutes)
This moderately paced class will explore asana alignment, pranayama and conscious relaxation. The class integrates holding poses to explore and refine alignment with moderately paced vinyasa. This allows you to connect your breath with movement and experience the flow of prana throughout the body. This class is open to all levels, but due to the slower tempo it is appropriate for beginners as well.

Hatha Yoga level II / III (75 minutes)
In this class you will continue to refine your asana alignment and become deeply rooted in the practice of deep steady breathing. We will explore the beginning and intermediate stages of advanced poses while keeping a focus on developing stamina and flexibility. Conscious relaxation and meditation are a part of each class. An ongoing practice is recommended.

Pilates Mat/Core Awareness (60 minutes)
Challenge your Powerhouse! These intensive classes focus on cultivating and integrating abdominal strength, flexibility and expanded range of motion. Strengthening the deep abdominal muscles provides support for the spine as well as increased range of in the spine and hips and shoulders.
