lower back and hips. Establishing this core as the power center of the body increases both
flexibility and range of motion and develops stability.
The practice involves work on various spring-based apparatus, which provide both
resistance and assistance, cultivating strength and control without overdeveloping the muscles.
The linear movement patterns develop lightness, fluidity and agility in the body and
cultivate a sense of physical and mental clarity, creating an effortless quality of movement.
